Meet Angelina
I never set out to run a café. My journey started as a chemistry teacher in the UK, before taking me to the Caribbean to work as a chef on yachts alongside my partner, Brad.
It was there that I discovered how much I loved cooking. Experimenting with recipes, developing my skills and finding the right balance of flavours became something I loved.
After settling in St Vincent, the opportunity to take on Grant’s Café felt like a chance to share that passion.
Today, I develop and test our recipes behind the scenes, while our team brings them to life at the café. I want people to enjoy food created by someone who loves flavour—and to feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.

From our homemade focaccia and waffle mix to the finishing touches on each dish, our menu starts with recipes we’ve developed and tested ourselves.
We love generous sandwiches, sweet and savoury waffles, and flavours that work beautifully together. Our specials change every two months, giving you something new to try alongside your favourites.
